Knowing the exact dose of each ingredient lets us do something we can't do with proprietary-blend products: compare HoneyFil's numbers directly against the research behind each ingredient.
Tongkat Ali at 200mg sits in a range comparable to what's commonly used in clinical research on Eurycoma longifolia extract, though the specific standardization used in HoneyFil isn't stated.
Several ingredients here are dosed below what dedicated, standalone research on that ingredient alone typically uses. Ashwagandha research commonly uses 300-600mg (versus 100mg here); Maca research commonly uses 1,500-3,000mg (versus 100mg here); beetroot circulation research commonly uses gram-level doses of concentrated beet product (versus 50mg of extract here).
Combination formulas are built differently than single-ingredient research — the idea is that several ingredients working together at modest individual doses might add up to a meaningful combined effect, even if no single ingredient matches its own best-studied dose. That's a reasonable formulation philosophy, but it's also unproven at the level of the finished product, since no clinical trial of HoneyFil itself was available to us.
